John has assembled over a 30 + year period, a broad mix of skills from working as Global Director in Tier One Management Consulting Firms, as Marketing Director and within Creative, Media, Digital and Integrated communications agencies in management and strategic roles.
Over the last 13 years, John has supported local and global Clients “Find – Get and Keep” efficiencies, cost savings, streamlined processes through structured procurement and supply consulting services. During this time, he was also the global leader of a procurement function for a big 4 consulting firm and part of a companywide transformation and restructuring programme. John has led teams to design and implement procurement operating models, procurement technologies such as spend analytics and worked on enterprise-wide procurement activities to reduce cost, manage risk, improve supplier performance and ensure reliability of supply.
