Terry Svenson is a highly regarded Chief Executive Officer and Non-Executive Director

"Engage. Innovate. Act."

Why do you want to be a mentor?

One of the most important gifts you can give people is your time and to be present in the moment. To listen, to understand, to support, and to grow. I’ve been fortunate to have worked across many industries at executive and non-executive level. I have seen the best and worst leaders throughout my career and it’s now time for me to play an even greater role to support the development of individuals and teams to become more effective in their personal and professional lives. There are three words which are engrained in my leadership style; they are ENGAGE, INNOVATE, and ACT. Simply put, these words remind me to be curious and interact with everyone, to think differently and be creative, and to get on with stuff. I look forward to making a difference.
