Why do you want to be a mentor?
I am an expert advisor in Disability Inclusion, as a woman with a disability with experience and wisdom spanning four decades in advocating for disability equality and inclusion.
A seasoned Chair, Non-Executive Director, Committee Member, senior business executive with over three decades of experience in board leadership and organisational development, I am known for my strategic foresight, integrity, and commitment to transformative leadership. With a distinguished track record in government, non-government, and advisory roles, I leverage top character strengths like honesty, kindness, and perseverance to drive ethical governance and impactful outcomes.
As a recognised thought leader with extensive global networks, I am passionate about fostering inclusive cultures and developing strategic partnerships that enhance organisational effectiveness and sustainability. Dedicated to excellence, I am committed to leveraging my deep expertise and unique value proposition to influence positive change and achieve strategic goals in dynamic environments.
My hobbies are playing with my two grandchildren, they are my special teachers, cooking for family and friends, time in silence to rejuvenate and reading.
