Richard is a highly experienced and successful business leader in the communications industry. In a career lasting over 30 years he’s worked at some of the most famous Agencies and partnered with a selection of the most iconic global brands.

Richard has lived in the UK, Australia, China and Singapore, and worked in many more markets. Richard is a great believer in ‘the people with the best people win’ so is passionate about finding, developing and retaining the best talent, and building high performing effective teams.

Richard has been based in a number of countries and worked in many more. He’s therefore come to understand the unique cultural and commercial characteristics of each market, and what is required to be successful in each of them.

Richard has a tremendous depth of commercial experience. Over the last 20 years he’s successfully managed the P&L for a range of companies across a number of markets. He’s also founded businesses in Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia and led the acquisition of businesses in India and China. Added to this, during the last 4 years he’s gained some unique experience managing the impact of and fallout of a corporate crisis, COVID, and then a (failed) hostile takeover.

In his spare time Richard is a keen cyclist and runner, as well as passionate Manchester United fan. Richard and family are leaving Singapore and moving back to his home town of Manchester in the next couple of months.
