Why do you want to be a mentor?

I have spent my career dedicated to unlocking potential in others. The greatest highlights of my working life have been helping individuals and organisations to achieve their aspirations, only to find I am changed in the process. Mentoring is a way for both the Mentee and Mentor to experience positive growth and change.

Phillip is leading authority on organisation transformation, and leadership development. He has helped clients in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East adapt their organisations to the challenges of an increasingly digital and volatile world.

He has helped solve organisational challenges in Health, Mining, Financial Services, Transport, Energy, Professional Services, Defence, and Government organisations. He is a pragmatic strategist with over 25 years deep expertise and experience in organisational strategy development, operating model design and execution, organisation governance and structure redesign, leadership and organisational culture change.

Phillip has previously held the roles of Managing Director at Accenture, Global Culture Change Leader at Deloitte, and National Organisation Development Director at Capgemini Ernst & Young. He has run two small businesses, undertaken functional roles in organisations, and served his country as an officer in the Royal Australian Navy. Phillip has received industry, media, and academic recognition for his work.

He has served on two NFP boards, enjoys motorsports and explores meditation/spirituality. He is learning Italian and golf, loves good wine, spending time with family, friends, and his best mate Barney (his dog).
