Penelope is one of NZs most widely admired advertising executives. With a career spanning a combined 20 years in the Australian and NZ media industries she is well versed in what it takes to succeed in an ever changing, dynamic and demanding industry. Her passion is in nurturing smart talent and creating strong teams that deliver smart solutions for clients.

She has experience in working closely with global corporates, charities and small local businesses to deliver intelligent marketing and media solutions. Her latest role as Managing Director of MBM contributed to multiple Agency of the year wins, client award wins locally and globally, all while contributing to MBMs company growth from 30 people to 120 in 7.5 years. She was part of the leadership team that took a small independent media agency and turned it into the fastest growing and most dominant media agency in the NZ market.

Nurturing and developing teams and growing great careers while delivering to clients needs is at the heart of what Penelope cares about.

Outside of work, Penelope is a wife and Mum to two young boys so understands the challenge of being a full time working Mum. She loves the outdoors and finds peace in NZs rugged West Coast where she heads most weekends. Being with Mother Nature is the ultimate hobby.
