Why do you want to be a mentor?

Over the course of my 20+ year career, I’ve had the privilege of scaling teams at every level, across a wide range of backgrounds and professions. As a natural people person, this has always come instinctively to me – I genuinely thrive on supporting others and watching them grow, both professionally and personally.

I’m a commercially-driven leader, Fractional CMO and Board advisor with a proven track record of driving revenue and supporting disruptive B2B tech companies through critical growth phases. Strategic, open-minded, and creative, I bring deep experience across global markets and multiple industries, where I’ve successfully developed and executed go-to-market strategies.

I thrive on leading, mentoring and scaling high-performing teams, influencing stakeholders, and building meaningful partnerships – both professionally and personally. Above all, I’m deeply passionate about diversity and gender equality.
