Marcel Lebon is an experienced, value driven, international financial professional with more than 30 years of experience in global companies.

Marcel has worked in FMCG, Fragrances and the Luxury industry.

Marcel is a strong strategic thinker with a passion to make teams perform better. He has deep experience in strategy development, treasury managment, brand profitability improvement, tax reduction and transfer pricing, hedging, IFRS, risk management, leadership development and performance management.

He has a strong track record in M&A, investor relations and banking relations. Integrity is one of his highest values. Marcel previously held senior financial roles including: Global CFO and HR Director at Tai Ping – Hong Kong/New York, Global CFO at Pepsi Lipton International – New York, Commercial Member Culinary at Unilever Foods – Rotterdam and Deputy Treasurer Funding at Unilever – London.

After his international career Marcel returned to his home country of the Netherlands to focus on non-execuitve and advisory roles. Marcel currently is chair of the Supervisory Board of Danone Netherlands.

Marcel is on a mission to help save our blue planet and is currently the chair of Greenpeace Netherlands and a member of the Greenpeace Global Council. Marcel has a passion for art and is co-owner of the Moving Gallery in Utrecht.
