Louise has more than thirty years of leadership experience in sales and marketing roles and over a decade in board director and advisor positions across the diverse sectors of resources, manufacturing, financial services, sport, retail, disability services and for purpose.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Louise has developed market leading brand and customer strategies to drive growth across national, regional and global markets for BHP, ANZ, Australian Sports Commission and Vanguard. Louise is now building a diverse portfolio of Non-Executive roles including VicSport (sport), Hastings Co-Operative (retail) and Afford (disability services).

Louise is passionate about using the levers of brand, customer insights and digital experience to achieve positive customer, business and community impact and building meaningful partnerships and relationships across disciplines and sectors.

Louise has a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), MBA (Exec), a qualified Company Director, Certified Chair and Certified Aged Care Chair and certifications from Harvard in Sustainable Business Strategy and Sustainable Investing.
