Over 20 years’ experience at board and executive levels in strategic planning processes, organisational design, operations, franchising systems, retail, supply chain, logistics, transport, food processing and manufacturing, emerging brand issues and crisis management, risk management, corporate social responsibility and compliance issues, governance at a global level, across Australia, Asia and globally.

I also have experience in B2B and B2C e-commerce processes and data systems and general management skills commensurate with being responsible for a supply chain worth $4.5bn across 38 markets in Asia, Pacific, Middle East & Africa. As Managing Director of the Martin Brower company – ANZ, I led a cultural and operational transformation process for a growing supply chain organisation with sales turnover more than $1.5bn.

My strengths centre on cultural change, talent development, technology and organisational redesign to achieve business objectives, large scale commercial negotiations, brand protection and strategy development and implementation. I am known to be a leader with a strong connection and engagement with her workforce, and a passion for diversity and inclusion.

I bring extensive experience and connections in Asia and Australia and have worked in Developing Markets as well as mature ones at a strategic as well as operational level.
