The only unfair competitive advantage a company has is its people and so I love to unlock that value for the individual and the corporate. The age old expression “Love what you do and you will never work a day in your life” is a truth as what comes naturally to you, what you love doing , you are most often brilliant at. I get a huge amount of pleasure from helping people discover and unlock what that is and thrive as a result.
