My career has benefitted from a number of amazing mentors, and each of them encouraged me to look for ways to support others, so mentoring is something I’ve consistently done over the years. Each mentoring moment is an opportunity to share my experience (both good and bad), and to make a positive impact by listening, guiding and offering constructive advice.

For 35 years I’ve led, evolved, sold and integrated businesses and worked for organisations and brands across most industries, but particularly in financial services, energy transformation and utilities, retail, FMCG and Government.

I’m a husband, father to two amazing kids, a running tragic, live music lover and soft touch when it comes to my youngest child Maggie May – my cavoodle.
