Why do you want to be a mentor?

When successful leaders talk about their career, they often refer to how fortunate they were to have a boss that provided guidance, new opportunities and had their back. Mentors can play a similar pivotal role. Inevitably, throughout our career, we will encounter the need for a second or third act. This transition often arises due to various factors such as organisational restructuring, unexpected job loss, pending retirement or personal challenges. I’m here to collaborate with and support you to consider new horizons and options that reignite your growth, interests and core capabilities into your next Act.
