People and their attitudes and behaviours have always fascinated me. For this reason, I have been working on some of the world’s largest brands across the world to influence consumer behaviour.
"People are our greatest asset, and their growth equals the growth of your business. I want to see people achieve more than they ever dreamed of in their career, and I think I can play a small role in that ambition."

Why do you want to be a mentor?
I want to give back to the next generation the things I learnt from my victories, mistakes and the raft of great leaders who taught me many great lessons in both business and in life.

People and their attitudes and behaviours have always fascinated me. For this reason, I have been working on some of the world’s largest brands across the world to influence consumer behaviour. Whether it is an inspiring and emotive brand film, a brand activation, a stunt or a social post – inspiring consumers to change their behaviours for the better has been a passion of mine.
As my career went on, I attained many senior leadership roles both leading global clients out of London and the last 10 years as CEO for Ogilvy in Australia and New Zealand and the Middle East and North Africa Region. This leadership taught me many lessons about growth and how people strive to be better and what role I can play in that journey.
In my field people are the largest investment – we don’t have machinery or factories; we have our people, and they are our greatest asset. Leading and growing them is no doubt one of the great joys of being a CEO. It’s hard and sometimes thank less but you do it for the greater good. Grow your people and you grow your business – this is not rocket science to me.
I can now use my 30 years of experience to help shape the growth path of others and I believe this is the role of anyone as their careers start to wind down. Give back and ensure the next generation of leaders are better equipped for an ever-toughening marketplace.
I have 4 children and a dog called Teddie and I currently reside in Dubai. I love golf (bad at it) because it’s the only sport where you are playing no one except yourself and your decision making is key to a low score.
