Carolyn is an experienced marketing and communications executive and qualified company director with over thirty years’ experience in the banking & finance, higher education, sports & recreation and community sectors. She is passionate about truly understanding and meeting customer needs, aligning brand strategy with excellence in communications, delivering results, and leading and developing large teams of talented professionals.

With professional qualifications in marketing, psychology and the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course diploma, Carolyn recently became a Fellow of the UK-based Marketing Academy.

Carolyn serves on the Committee of the prestigious Melbourne Cricket Club, and is a current Director of the Australian Sports Museum and preventative mental health organisation, The Man Cave.

In her executive capacity, Carolyn has an impressive record of achievement in leadership roles centred around value creation. She has deep experience in customer strategy, digital transformation, experience design and strategic marketing and communications, across multiple market segments and geographies.

Carolyn has been recognised with 16 Cannes Lions for creative excellence and is a three-time Australian CMO50, which recognises Australia’s most innovative CMO’s.
