I have been very fortunate in my career and life to have many people who have supported me. One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been to be able give back to others as a sounding board, an active listener and someone who can share life and career experiences that have shaped me and my success. As a former CEO, C-Suite member and board director at Chubb, Prudential, General Electric and Citibank, I have led high-performing teams and driven transformational growth across the Asia-Pacific region. My expertise includes navigating complex regulatory environments, securing business licenses, and leading digital transformation initiatives.
I have a proven track growth in new revenue streams and my record of enhancing operational efficiencies, driving customer-centric strategies, and forging key partnerships that deliver sustained business growth. I am passionate about sustainable business growth, education & closure of the insurance & financial protection gap, leveraging innovative technology, & improving access to financial services for underserved markets.
I have a strong commitment to governance, risk management, and strategic leadership, ensuring the organisations I work with thrive in competitive markets. I spend time between Singapore, Australia, Thailand and the UK.
I am passionate about health and wellness and love walking on the beach, cycling and yoga, as well as strength training in the gym. I enjoy travelling, music and reading.
